A friendly reminder that fees are due on the 15th of January, April, July, and October. There are no changes to the fee schedule for 2026.

If your payment is not received and posted by the due date, a late fee may be applied on the 20th. To avoid late fees, we encourage you to set up automatic payments through your bank or your payment portal.

How to make fee payments

ACH set-up instructions

1. Log into the Vantaca Portal.

2. Go to "payments."

3. Click on the "enroll" link next to "auto draft."

4. Follow the instructions from there.
