Community Life surveys give us insight into how neighbors experience their community and how we can better serve them. This process isn’t just about collecting data — it’s about telling the story of your community, listening to feedback, and turning it into action.

  • 33% participation (105 completed surveys out of 315 delivered emails)

How Mountain Brook governance and processes maintain day-to-day life 

  • Launch a resident welcome committee
  • Expand resident-led clubs 
  • Increase Metro District Education and board meeting attendance 
  • Increase/address landscaping & possible cleaning services 
  • Diversify programming by start time and dates 
  • Protect community culture as new residents move in
