NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of Mountain Brook Metropolitan District will be held on October 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. Followed by the Special Meeting that will include the Budget Hearing for the community.
The Annual Meeting will include:
- A presentation on the status of the public infrastructure projects within the District and outstanding bonds; and
- A review of unaudited financial statements; and
- An opportunity for members of the public to ask questions about the District.
No official action shall be taken at the Annual Meeting.
